If we cannot provide a vehicle after you have paid, you receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation
Bookings cancelled before the vehicle is dispatched are eligible for a full refund. After dispatch, refunds are at our discretion.
Refund Time
Refunds are initiated immediately and typically reach your account within 5-7 working days.
